Through the use of technology and the Internet Pathways seeks to provide a forum for individuals and organizations throughout Latin America and The Caribbean to exchange ideas which will lead to specific action-oriented project development that will provide ways for communities to effectively manage change. 

Pathways’ core values emanate from the belief that human kindness to one another is universal, and should not be constrained by language, culture, or geography.  However, it is a priority for Pathways to be culturally sensitive to others, and to honor the values of all people who share this vision.
